Meet the Team

Founder of R&G Dental, Dr Gogal Sher has more than a decade of experience in oral surgery and general dentistry. A member of the Royal College of Surgeons, he provides patient-focused general and cosmetic care with an emphasis on clinical excellence and lasting outcomes.

Dr Ahmar Ali brings more than 20 years of experience in oral surgery, dental implants and IV sedation. A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, he is known for his calm, reassuring care, particularly when supporting anxious patients.

Dr Farhan Khalid is a Consultant Oral, Maxillofacial Head & Neck Surgeon, qualified in both Medicine and Dentistry. He provides consultant-led assessment and treatment for complex oral surgery, implants, facial and oral lesions, TMJ concerns and second opinions, with a calm, clear and patient-focused approach.

Dr Zarah Ahmed provides a wide range of general and cosmetic treatments, including fillings, crowns and Invisalign. She takes time to understand each patient’s goals and is known for her calm, reassuring manner, particularly when caring for nervous patients.

Dr Hammad Khan is an experienced dental hygienist with more than 12 years in patient-centred oral care. He focuses on preventive dentistry, periodontal therapy and patient education, using gentle techniques to help patients feel comfortable and confident.

Dr Fahd Aleem has 14 years of experience in oral surgery and is an accredited Tier 2 Oral Surgeon. He provides advanced care in wisdom tooth removal, dental implants and sedation dentistry, with a strong focus on patient comfort and safety.

Carole began her career as a dental nurse at Eastman Dental Hospital before moving into implant administration and patient care coordination. As Practice Manager, she combines clinical knowledge with strong leadership to support the team, maintain high standards and help every patient receive a welcoming, well-organised experience.

Dr Tomas Ryan has a special interest in endodontics and provides microscope-assisted root canal care. After graduating from Trinity College Dublin, he gained experience in Ireland, Canada and Manchester before completing his Master’s in Endodontology at the University of Chester.

Katie is R&G Dental’s virtual receptionist, available 24/7 to receive WhatsApp messages, answer common questions and share booking links. As an AI assistant, her conversations can be reviewed by the team whenever accurate, personalised human follow-up is needed.
