Excellent service, I was booked next day for urgent implant treatment. The team are very helpful, flexible and assisted me to change the appt time slot on a very short notice. They explained the diagnosis and treatment in details, actually I never felt that involved with a dentist and never had such depth of explanation and patience in addressing all my questions, thanks to Dr Gogal who was also very honest and talked me through all treatment steps. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I am really impressed with this dental surgery. I had booked a check up but upon arriving I realised there was a deal to include a hygienist and x-rays for new customers and they changed my apt then and there to have all three. Dr Sher was really clear in explaining my x-rays and asked to see my previous x-rays before recommending whether any treatment was required, and then called me to talk me through a comparison and my options. Other dentists in Manchester have made me feel like they were recommending treatments just to get me to spend more and this was the complete opposite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I am so happy to have found such a trustworthy practice. All staff were so nice and it is a spotless, welcoming and modern surgery.

I got the best consultation here (I had visited 3 dentists prior, NHS and two private). The level of service was amazing. The dentist and the dental assistant were extremely affable and answered all my questions and gave me a clear oath forwards. Couldn�t have asked for more.

He was very flexible with any follow-up appointments, and the consultative process prior to getting the teeth extracted. Dr Sher is very patient and calm, giving you advice to enable you to make the best decision for yourself. I have an inherent fear of dentists, my mouth was so bad but I had no choice to see a dentist. R&G dental was a new practice near where I live , the dentist was so patient with me, so far I've had 2 extractions where the roots were in my gum, 5 composite fillings and a scale and polish. I'm not quite finished yet got to be fitted for dentures, but the fear is going slowly. They were great with me and trust me my mouth was not pretty to look at.

Dropped in with a problem tooth the other day. Booked me in that day and took a look at the tooth, diagnosed the problem and ran through my treatment options. Very professional and friendly service.
