Your plan is paid for via a convenient, automated monthly Direct Debit, making it easy to budget for your care. Please note that an initial £9.50 administration fee will be collected alongside your first monthly payment.

Routine benefits, such as your included dental health examinations and hygiene visits, are available after your required consecutive payments have been made. However, eligibility for the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme and your 15% treatment discount typically begins as soon as you are fully registered.

It is a scheme established to offer support and assistance to dental plan patients who request treatment following a dental trauma, a dental emergency, or a diagnosis of oral cancer. It provides added peace of mind whether you are at home or traveling abroad.

Yes. The 15% discount is designed to make core, routine dental treatments more affordable. It does not apply to certain complex or elective treatments, including orthodontics (braces/aligners), dental implants, advanced cosmetic procedures, and specialist care.

If you choose the SmileSafe warranty over the 15% treatment discount, we guarantee the structural integrity of eligible restorative work (like crowns or fillings) for 5 years, provided you maintain your plan membership and attend all your recommended routine check-ups and hygiene visits.

To ensure we can accommodate all our patients, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you miss an appointment included in your plan without providing sufficient notice, that visit may still be deducted from your annual plan entitlement.

Yes, you can cancel your plan. We simply ask that you provide the practice with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Please be aware that if you cancel within the first 12 months, or shortly after receiving discounted treatment, we may need to recover the cost of the discounts or included appointments you've utilized.
